All “ISMS” that are driven by a sense of superiority over another group destroy and prevent belonging and inclusion. If an organization truly has an inclusive environment, it can maximize the power of diversity, which attracts more diversity.

In addressing Unconscious Bias we create a psychologically safe environment that drives innovation, engagement, better business decisions, and more likely a more productive and profitable business
All people experience Unconscious Bias. We are all victims and perpetrators from time to time. The fact that it is unconscious, however, suggests that you are not aware. It does not matter what your bias is triggered by. What matters is that you learn what your biases are, so that you do not use them in a discriminatory manner.
After agreeing on the shared meanings of words such as racism, racist policy and racial inequity , we can move to being anti-racist. To be anti-racist, one must be found supporting anti-racist policy through actions or expressing anti-racist ideas.
